St Mark's Registered Training Organisation - Library access
St Mark's National Memorial Library provides membership of the library to current RTO students.
Membership
- Membership is free to current RTO students
- Application form to be posted or faxed to St Mark's library
- Proof of registration payment is required (eg: copy of receipt )
- Registration will be for a one year period
- RTO students may borrow from St Mark's Library only
- Requests by email only to stmarkslibrary@csu.edu.au Cards are not issued to patrons.
- Items will be posted to students on request.
- Students are responsible for return postage by box or padded bag
- Items lost in the post remain student responsibility. See Library rules for details
- Library staff will provide library tours and 'introduction to the catalogue' sessions to RTO students during residential classes
- The library will provide an RTO link on the library website to access application documents, and an access link on the St Mark's website
Membership restrictions
- RTO students cannot access CSU databases and print material. RTO students cannot place holds / or request photocopies/ scanning and renewals electronically as these are password access only
Borrowing and Fines
- 10 books for 2 weeks / 2 renewals Fines at 50c / day per item
- Overdue items that have a 'request' attached are fined at $5 / day per item
- Replacement cost of lost items is $185
- Non payment of fines will result in suspension of borrowing privileges
- Students are subject to all library rules set out in the library guidelines (see above)
